Application Requirements:
There's a $45 application fee. We conduct background checks, rental history checks, & income & employment verifications. It usually takes about 48 to 72 hrs to get approval.
The following are the items that we will look for... , but they will not necessarily disqualify you. Applicants that are approved that do not meet all of the following qualifications may be required to pay a double security deposit.
1. Employment: continuous employment for the past 6 months
2. Income: approximately 3 times the rent
3. Background: looking for felonies or any type of criminal activity
4. Rental History: landlord complaints and evictions
