Common Reasons to be Declined - Incomplete application, previous evictions, active collections from landlords, credit score below 600 or no credit, (In some situations we may be able to work with you if you have slightly lower than 600 credit score for additional cost.) insufficient income (Under 3X the monthly rent), unsatisfactory references, active bankruptcies, excess vehicles, falsified documents and a move in date too far in future can also be reasons for a declined application. Additionally, criminal records are reviewed on a case by case basis and may be grounds for denial.
