I had a terrible experience living at this apartment complex and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

During my time there, a golf ball actually came through the glass of my car, causing damage. When I reported it, nothing meaningful was done. I also moved into a unit where the sink was already broken, which set the tone for the level of maintenance and care the property provides.

The apartment itself had multiple issues. The air vent above the shower blows directly on you, making... showers uncomfortable, and the front door never sealed properly, letting outside air and noise in.

There were also ongoing issues with other residents. People at the pool were frequently disrespectful, and at one point a man looked through my third-floor window when the blinds were barely open, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.

When it came time to move out, management charged me for a “prorated carpet replacement.” They explained it once and then completely ignored every follow-up email I sent asking for clarification. Communication with management and the property owner was consistently poor — they were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to address concerns.

They moved me into a apartment with beg bugs !!! They’ve changed my move in date on me and got pushed back five days later and when I moved in I started itching and so have other guests. I notified them sent them and videos and I even have a stain on the wall of me killing one and they told me I have no proof ! I would not recommend moving here AT ALL !!! This is my first apartment and this is a nightmare

I absolutely love my complex. I've been there 5 years to the date. I wouldn't go anywhere else to live in Grandview. I feel safe here and the staff are very caring and supportive. I've recommended this complex to several people and my co- workers and i'm glad to know that their currently my neighbors.

They are spacious and they have washer/dyers built in to each living space. They have a nice little workout center and a pool and tanning beds in the club house. Its in a safe area, the only thing I don't like is the parking lot at night is not well lit so it makes it hard to see when walking in. But other than that I like living there pretty well.

I struggled trying to decide if I was going to leave my old apartment complex after living there for 5 years. However, after a tragic accident occurred there, I decided moving was a must! The Fairways at Grand Summit was definitely at the top of my list as i was very pleased with the floor plan and the many great amenities. The application process was easy and since I've moved in, I've had no issues. It's very quiet and my neighbors are pleasant. The nice amount of space in my apartment is... perfect and I love the fact the I have 2 closets in each of my bedrooms!
