Overall, I’d say 15Seventy is very good Apartment. The apartment and community are nice, and the location is convenient. There are a few areas that could be improved, especially maintenance/service and communication, but overall it’s a decent place to live.

The apartment is not ready due to damaged bathroom counters as well as a few other things that need attention. We hav repeatedly asked to get the work completed before our move in date but this has not happened. Now the furniture will be delivered on September 9. This is a shoddy way to treat a new tenant.

Moving in the place was spotlessly clean the neighborhood is quiet people are respectful
The staff go out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, and every detail of my meeting was seen to five stars to Charles for helping me out

Amazing place to live, very friendly, brilliant and efficient maintenance team. Would recommend to friends and family
Grounds are always kept nice. If you have any issues the leasing office staff are happy to help.

Please do not live here. Maintenace is EXTREMELY slow and the leasing office never answers the phones. I have major issues in my apartment that have been not fixed for months, including not having a working microwave. I have tried to contact them multiple times in the past few weeks and they have never gotten back to me. They have made false promises multiple times and close work orders when they aren’t actually done. I wish I listened to the reviews. There’s no way people live here for more... than one year.
