smaller bedroom with shared bathroom:750$

Utility fee:130$ per month per room
Pool fee: 600$ per person per summer:
pet rent : additional 35$/ dog (dogs only, optional)
dog deposit: 800$ (500$ is refundable- the dog deposit is only charged if you have a dog)
maid fee: 30$ ( living with multiple people can get messy, not to clean excessive mess)
deposit: 2 months rent (potentially 100% refundable, I want you to get your money, so please keep the place nice)
move in fee: 300$
no drugs, drinking or shenenigains
lawn maintenance to be kept by tenants or tenants may collectively elect to have owner maintain the grounds for an additional fee.

I am available on Fridays and weekends to show.
The property comes with two refrigerators, and a pool table, as well as washers and dryers. It can be furnished or unfurnished.
