Brand new building with underground heated parking. Dry sauna and state of the art fitness room is just two of the many things I love here. Meeting room with a big screen tv is where I work on my laptop have the day.

Aloma is a brand-new apartment complex with some luxury amenities within. Some of the nice features are the extra large sauna, club-quality gym, and built-in movie theater. The staff is very friendly and helpful. While it is expensive, it is pretty much on par with other "luxury" apartment complexes in the area. A few things to be aware of are moving in can be a pain as they didn't put much forethought into a good way to move your things into and out of the building, there is a handicapped ramp... or stairs that you use, and depending on the size truck you have, there may also be some walking involved to get to those areas. Also, they have a water softener system that serves the entire building which cannot be adjusted to your preference, so know that may be something to get used to as well. If you live at Aloma there’s no need to ever plan a vacation again.
From the ridiculous amount of amenities, to the wonderful people that live here; there is sincerely almost no reason for a resident at Aloma to ever spend leisure time outside of this apartment complex.
