Fantastic Place All Around
I moved into The Fox and The Grouse shortly after the building opened. John, Tiffany, Jason, and the rest of the team have been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my entire experience here thus far. Great amenities and I love that there are plenty of areas to work from home. Coffee machine has been a great addition as well!

I’m excited to call this place home!
I had a fantastic move-in experience at The Fox and the Grouse! From start to finish, everything was seamless and stress-free. The leasing office staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive, making the entire process smooth and straightforward. I’m excited to call this place home. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to live.

The most modern and very comfortable apartments.
My family and I have been looking for an apartment that would satisfy our desires for a very long time. When we first arrived here, we were amazed at how warmly and professionally we were greeted and given a detailed tour. John, thank you from us for doing your job professionally. And inspiring us to this accommodation. Then we met and had a conversation with Tiffany who explained to us all the questions that worried us about payment and all the financial information for the future. Tiffany, you... are extremely professional. And I can't help but mention Jason who deals with all the technical issues regarding the apartments. He is an extremely cool and professional person who will provide a full service for repairs and maintenance of housing. I will definitely advise all people who are still looking for a bright, warm, quiet, safe and extremely modern place to live. This is really what we were looking for and we are 101% satisfied with everything here. Thank you THE FOX AND THE GROUSE you are number 1.
