Overall the inside is nice. The train and traffic is loud. Management doesn’t know how to send a formal email. Mold builds up fast if you’re not deep cleaning at least once a week. Management will accuse you of things you haven’t done and just expect you to know what they are talking about. It’s over priced for all the downsides.

My wife and I looked at the apartments here for rent and must say absolutely beautiful apartment living for a reasonable price. We decided not to apply for an apartment here after realizing their is a train and also an immense amount of traffic that runs right by it.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the location. Unfortunately, traffic is one of the downfalls with downtown living. As far as the train goes, I wish one would have gone by while you are touring. They are even to my surprise,... almost inaudible from inside the units!
We do have many apartments that are a bit off the beaten path if you'd like something quieter. We'd love to find an apartment that fits for you!
