My husband an I needed a place to rent for a year, and we were hoping to find something fairly quiet. This place has been perfect! I rarely hear neighbors, it's very clean, and super affordable! While there isn't a pool, playground, or fitness center, we were fine with that. It keeps rental costs down. It's in a great area of town, and its very safe here. We are moving because we have purchased a home.

Great place to live!
If you’re looking for a cheap place to live, but still want to feel like you’re living in a luxury apartment complex, this is the place! The units are spacious, some have screen porches, some just have patios/balconies, and some don’t. The buildings are nice and secure and the landlord is an incredible gal. If you ever have an issue or any questions, she will do whatever she can to help you out. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, as well as the complexes. Only downside is there isn’t a pool or... hot tub or even a pool table, but besides that it truly is a wonderful place for the price you pay. And electricity is included in the rent! It really doesn’t get any better than this! We absolutely love it here!
