We were told there USED to be an infestation with previous management but it is STILL an issue. We asked to see documentation from exterminators which showed no roaches for majority of the rooms. This is because people were not letting exterminators in to treat so they reported seeing none because they never entered the residence. Cockroaches are alllllll over. There were roaches on the floor, in the cupboards and drawers, and in our freaking oven behind where the time displays!!There are also... mice. We moved out after two days and had to live in a hotel for a month due to their dishonesty. The grounds are also really unsanitary and has trash all over.

This place is gross. There are bugs, there's mouse poop under the carpet, the laundry room is always flooding. They shut the water off without warning. Hallways are always gross. Litter all over outside... 2 stars for great location.

too many roaches
I’ve only stayed here for one year. My experience wasn’t as great. Drug addict neighbors from above were so loud, yet Landlords didn’t do much until I HAD TO PROVE with a video. Called the cops several times. There are a lot of roaches and mice. No matter how many I killed, there are more roaches who will keep coming. The biggest problem of this apartment are roaches. There are so many. All maintenance do is just spray it, and that doesn’t even do the work. The roaches will always be back.

Don't move here
Please do not move here. This place is infested with rats, and roaches. This place is so unsanitary. Management doesn't do anything about it except lay sticky traps. These other reviews saying this place is nice, and great are a lie. I'm so disgusted. People shouldn't have to spend their hard earned money to live in these type of conditions. People deserve to live in a nice place without roaches and rats.
