Don't rent here
This is a terrible place to live. Ongoing issues with noise and disturbances that never seem to be fully resolved. I would not recommend signing a lease here if you value peace and consistency.

This property is infested with mice and bugs, and the management team—including both the property manager and assistant manager—seems more focused on collecting rent than maintaining the building. Mice are constantly running around, the interior is filthy, and many doors are broken or don’t function properly. When residents report these issues, management denies any knowledge of the infestations, even though they’re clearly aware. Worse, if you speak up, you risk being accused of harassing the... office.

Property is extremely old and ran down. the moment you walk into the building the floors and walls are covered in dirt and mold that has been there for quite sometime. The unit that I walked into had dust everywhere, wires were all over the place, bath tub was filthy, and the bathroom mirror was cracked. The maintenance team didn't even do a good job cleaning out the previous tenants stuff. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Halls are dirty, bad ant problem, no parking spots, buzzer don’t work so packages get stolen, walls are thing I can hear mice in them or the neighbors.

Please do not move here. There is nothing but problems here. Mice, ants, no heat in the winter time, dirty halls, dirty grounds outside. Loud neighbors. Police drive through the parking lots almost every day. People pull the fire alarm in the middle of the night. The office staff is just horrible. They never complete work request until you continuously call them. Then they don’t answer half the time. Their maintenance staff is useless. They hire people who don’t know what they are doing. There... is always new staff in the office so that should tell you something. It’s not worth it people find something better.
