The building, though visually appealing, has been marred by frequent changes in administration over the two years of my residency. New administrations bring rule modifications, often blaming tenants for various issues. Unauthorized access by individuals has resulted in lost items, with the administration hastily accusing tenants instead of thorough investigation. A major concern is the lack of regulation for parking, leading to vehicle damage. Despite its aesthetics, the building lacks... practicality for daily living, exacerbated by the frequent administrative changes, making the overall living experience less than ideal

Absolutely love !!!
I met with building manager Josh, who was extremely helpful and kind. I then took the tour with Travis, who was just a delight to work with. I was very impressed at how personable and knowledgeable Travis was about the property. I won’t be moving until October but have looked at a good amount of other places and this is by far the best one I’ve seen! Not only because the place has great potential, but everyone who helped me were just wonderful. Even after reading some of the reviews I would... recommend to any of my friends and family! See it for yourself , you will be glad you did!
