The Modi apartments are a great place to live! I moved to Minneapolis last year from the east coast right before winter hit so I was very specific in what I needed from an apartment building and Modi checked all the boxes for me.
The apartment unit was very spacious with huge windows all across the living room and bedroom. I was definitely glad I had a lot of sunlight during the winter and then during quarantine when I was working from home. The building has a gym, a rooftop deck with a grill... and firepit, and package lockers to keep packages safe! Also, with The Wedge Co-Op right across the parking lot, popping out for groceries whenever you need them is very convenient!
Jessica, the property manager, is also super responsive and attentive of all the resident's needs! She is always available to answer questions and address anything that might come up on the property! The residents are all super down to earth and the community is very respectful of one another. I really recommend living here if you are looking in the area!
