Please don’t lease here. The management is horrible, and the area itself is unsafe. The apartments are old and full of cockroaches and mice. There are water leaks, unreasonable rules, and you’ll be charged for things that should be considered normal wear and tear. Your car is at risk of being broken into. I also wouldn’t rely solely on the positive reviews, as many appear to come from the office staff or was like 8 years ago . Overall, this is a very horrible place to live, and I would not... recommend it.

Everyone is very kind and helpful. The maintenance is quick with any problems and are accommodating with timing as well. It's always clean on all the floors. It's not noisy either.

Unprofessional and rude management! If you want to spend your time dealing with mice and roaches, this is the place for you. There are ongoing water leaks, old appliances that do not work properly, and dirty carpets. Be prepared for endless maintenance issues that never seem to get fully resolved. There have also been flooding issues involving sewage, which is absolutely disgusting. The property feels unsafe, and there have been concerns about cars being towed and broken into. Please stay away... from this place.

Total Fabrication
I’m not sure where they got the photos above, but that is NOT the unit you will be getting. The units are outdated and dirty. The community workout room isn’t accessible, nor the vending machines - because they couldn’t stop kids from breaking in and doing drugs in it. Garage spots are not 30$, unless they are just jacking it up for current residents - 45$ a spot is the actual garage rate. Management, if you can call her that - unprofessional, crass, and condescending. Run. Don’t walk. Away from... this mistake.
