I recently moved into Oak Street Townhomes, and so far the experience has been mixed. The surrounding area is very inconsistent—some nearby homes are well maintained, while other properties are rundown, overgrown, or appear vacant. I don’t necessarily feel unsafe, but the neighborhood definitely looks rough around the edges.
The property itself also needs more upkeep. The community mailbox, for example, is in terrible condition and looks like it has been damaged repeatedly over the years.
My... biggest issue has been management. There never seems to be anyone at the leasing office, and calls and voicemails regularly go unanswered or unreturned. I also had difficulty communicating with the person who answered the emergency line, which made an already frustrating situation worse.
Overall, the townhome is livable, but management responsiveness, property maintenance, and the surrounding area leave a lot to be desired.

Not very impressed with new management - wish the old management wouldn’t have left - Ive lived here for 10yrs and it would be nice to get some upgrades done to the townhome.

Clean and very quiet. My boys really felt welcome by other neighbors friends. Needs a playground for the children that do like the outdoors maybe in the future we do see it happening.

Always friendly and helpful and maintence always comes in and fixes things when they need to be done. I've been living here 9 years and would tell others it's a nice place to live.
