Resident at the COR - Ramsey MN
I have been residing at the Residence of the COR for approximately 5 months! I have absolutely nothing bad or negative to say about this complex!! I love LACEY and JENNIFER -building management. They BOTH have great business acumen! They're both super friendly, easy to talk to, and exhibit a great spirit about them!
Although I communicated MINOR issues, they have been addressed quickly!
VAL the maintenance person is very nice! I'm looking forward to my continued stay here at the ROC!
This... is a GREAT place to live at this juncture - I'm Happy with moving here!

One of the clean and quiet places to live
I love the residence at the COR. It’s beautiful, clean and quiet. It has all the amenities you can ever think of. It’s also safe as well and well taken care of.

Lovely Flats
The Pacific layouts are perfect for couples. The flats are clean, and the views are great. The train nearby is not as loud as we thought it would be; it’s become quite soothing, actually!

Wonderful Experience!
I have loved living here! The staff and maintenance are amazing! Cleaniness is important to me. The units and grounds are beautiful and spotless. The residents are kind. If you are looking for a place in the NW suburbs, rent here!
