I am loving my new apartment.
The grounds are clean & quiet.
The hallways always smell clean & fresh.
The maintenance is so quick!! I never have to worry about basic utilities/appliances in my home.

This place you pay all utilities,rental insurance not a option here . Closet doors are cheap I moved into a place I wasn’t shower I felt played and manipulated. I was told after the fact utilities are all our responsibility . Garbage , eat and water and etc . Good lord your better off getting a different place or your own house . This place a crummy place it doesn’t feel like home to me and it hasn’t since start . These people are careless , cold heart folks they just want your money and give... you crummy place they call a suitable home to live . I think not ! I’d like to save the next person for making this horrible mistake of living here . Run! run As a fast you can ! Look elsewhere.. this place is problem after problem. Did I mention the roaches ?!!!! Yeah! I’ve never experienced such a disgusting crummy place they call home . Go elsewhere you’ll save yourself a huge headache, I wouldn’t recommend this place of this was the last place on earth .

Management is a joke and so is maintenance. People smoke weed 24/7 in these apartments, laundry room is always broken, doors are constantly open. There was homeless people sleeping in our building. I’m glad I left, there’s cops there alll the time. Random people park in the lot so there’s no parking.
There’s mold inside the apartment, windows leak.
