Minnetonka Hills is a great place to live. Very friendly staff, great people and location. They have work out room and pool. Security door and when you get a package from Amazon they secure it in a room with cameras and no one takes it. You can have a pet here. It’s quiet and peaceful. Clean and the apartment is clean and love the layout. The WiFi is very awesome. They have it ready to go after you call the number for it. You have any questions about anything they are great at answering for... you. You don’t have to go outside to do laundry or put your trash out. I would definitely recommend this place.

Not really a positive experience. Just a place to live. Car break-ins and loud parties until midnight. Not a calm place to be.
