bad place bugs and more night mare don't come here
pest control comes out once a month because they can't get rid of the bugs they stated if all the units do not complain they only do certain units so basically the only people who get pest control are the people who complain. clearly there are some people here to do not care about living with bugs but I do so I complain

Mendy, is hard working
This is one of the best place to stay in New hope. The staff are very friendly and willing to work very hard to help improve the apartment. Mendy, the manager is one of the best managers around here. She's kind and polite, willing to listen to to you. Get to know Mendy well, she has a good working relationship. I admire her work she's always doing.
