Old Toilet Screw broke/Low Water Pressure The maintenance team was quick to fix the toilet but could not do anything for the very very low water pressure in bathroom sink. Have to hold wash cloth awhile get whole face cloth wet & longer to soak wash clothe due to Centerspace signing contract with energy company that does not allow maintenance to correct the water pressure without breaking the contract. If there was a way I could the maintenance team a 5 & Centerspace a1, I would so I settled for... for a 4, maintenance did a good job & handled it expeditiously.

Excellent service! Kurtis replaced my old vanity in an efficient, speedy manner! He kept me well-informed of the replacement process, timing, and expectations. On the day the new vanity arrived, he removed the old one and installed the new one - it looks great! Thanks a bunch!
