My Issue Was Not Resolved The request I submitted was due to residue left behind from the cleaning of my washing machine that took place because my roommate moved out. It was left dirtier than it had started and when I submitted a request to have it cleaned all that was done was a tablet was thrown in which got stuck in the seal meaning that all that ran through the machine was water. It was still dirty after the request was marked as completed and I had to clean it myself. Amazing, clean place. The maintenance guys are so helpful. Super great college community too.

Place is great clean and staff is amazing. The rooms are above average in size I feel for the area. The main issues are they promise all these amenities but have been “under construction” for ever. They seem to put wayyyy more attention into their other property across the street and this place feels like an after thought. So I would highly suggest looking at the bridges.

It is an okay place for an okay price (unless it goes up from the time I rented), without loud noises nearby, especially for dinkytown. The bus stop is right across the street, which is nice, but usually I’d have to transfer bus or switch to walking at the first stop, depending on where my class is. Walkable distance to restaurants and convenient places, except for during winter, but this is minnesota so.

For the past 8 months, we have not been able to use the amenities on the first floor due to ongoing construction. The leasing office already has very short operating hours, but there have been many times when no staff was even present during those hours.
To make matters worse, items were stolen from my car in the parking garage, and no one took any responsibility for it.
What is the point of paying amenity fees? Why am I even paying for parking?
