This one bedroom, one bathroom, open-concept basement apartment is conveniently located on the West Bank across from the Carlson Business School at the U of MN. Augsburg University is just down the street.

It is only a few blocks away from the... light rail, multiple different bus stops, I-94, downtown Minneapolis, and the Mississippi River. Even though it’s centrally located to many things, the apartment is very quiet since it's in the basement. The 1st (ground level) and 2nd floors are offices but there is minimal noise during the day and no noise from above at night.

The rent includes one on-site parking spot, in-unit washer and dryer, and utilities. The only thing not included is internet but there are cables for a router to be hooked up. Besides its own private entrance, there is also a recently remodeled shower. Per the City of Minneapolis license, this is a 'Tier 1' property.

Although a basement apartment isn’t for everyone, previous tenants stayed between 2 and 6 years. Once here, it seems to make a good home. This lease is for ten (10) months, because I prefer to have it end in late July.
