This is a one-bedroom, one bath unit. It is a non-smoking building. It has a washer and dryer in the basement and window air conditioning. There is street parking. This is a one level unit. The building is a side by side duplex.

Animals are allowed,... there is however, a limit of 25lbs. A $25.00 monthly fee per animal is a general rule of thumb.
Storage - The bedroom closet is on the smaller side, however there is plenty of storage space available in the dining room closet, pantry, and basement.

We have a tenant in the unit, so we need to give advance notice for a showing. We generally show the unit on weekends and during the week between 4 PM and 7 PM. You will need to schedule an appointment first.

We will be looking for tenants with a solid household income of at least 3x the monthly rent. A background check will be conducted after application.
