Looking for someone to take over my lease at the Cedars of Edina apartments. i would like to move as soon as possible, February's rent is already paid. this is a studio apartment, so the floorplan picture is the layout just no bedroom.

and a clean background check (no felonies or anything like that)
The studio apartment is on the first floor and i think it's one of the best units! it's one of the first apartments when you walk in so it's easy to move in. only 1 quiet neighbor to my right and to my left is the storage room, followed by the laundry room and garbage shoot. My patio is extended a little further out than most which allows the use of your grill! I can go on and on about how beautiful and awesome Cedars of Edina apartments are!
