Amazing place to live! Alot of space in the townhouse, close drive to alot things and had a great manager. Jamie is awesome and makes sure you have a great experience!

We used to live here and it is a very nice place to live, and Jaime has always been great, if something ever needed to be done she was on ot right away. Close to plenty of stores and trails. We really recommend Waters edge

The property manager is the most amazing person I have ever met. My fiance and I have never felt more welcome in any other place we have ever lived.

I’ve lived here more than a year and I would continue my lease if I didn’t have a house now. Great management. Peaceful setting.

Residents were very kind, location is great, community is clean and friendly, units were on the outdated side but are becoming more updated as new tenets move in, maintenance personal is awesome. Downfall is the property manager. Does not return messages, leaves passive-aggressive notes, does not follow through with what she says. We had issues moving out and the months that followed with getting information correct.

Besides the property manager, this is a great place to be.
