Add a 2 bedroom. They purchased the property. Rewould not renew a lease unless I took one of their new apartments, which raised my rent by 80%. So I was forced to move, they said I would be getting my $3200 refund by. April twentieth I moved out in the middle of april. The 20th came no check, she said. Callback by Friday. At called Thursday and Friday to get no response. I prepaid that $3200, so it's not like they didn't have the money. But they waited till the very last day that they had... descended. And now it seems to be lost in the mail and they don't care to bother to take care of it or answer my calls. Or return a call. Or let me come pick up Check-in person. It's a management company. I don't understand why they wouldn't send it priority mail and pay for it as it would be a deduction. This management company. I think it's starting to look like a joke to me and I'm kind of frustrated, but they really don't care because they don't care to call me back. Or set a time with me to pick up A3200.Check which is all going to bills.
