Expect million sub charges and thousands more when you move
I have lived this place for years, I never felt micromanaged in my own home. Expect new rules and charges, forgot ever getting your deposit back. The apartment when I left was as I came in, but had to buy thousands of dollars for using the stove. They claimed it didn’t look new anymore (DUH) they also charged because they wanted to paint the apartment for next people and I had to cover that. Literally this place had no children nor pets. Only adult. It was as good as new. Worst management ever!!

Beautiful building
I had a tour today and the building was amazing. I loved everything about it. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I can’t wait to move in, also not to mention it I will be the first person to move in# my unit so excited.
