The apartments are in great condition at move-in, which was a breath of fresh air after coming from my last place. Whenever something does need to be fixed, maintenance is always quick to respond. The ladies in the office are sweet. I love it here!

Great Place!
I’ve been a resident here for a few years now and have never had any problems. Everyone who works here is nice, the neighbors are kind, and it’s a quiet community.

Amazing Property!
I see the reviews for Arbor Knoll are a little older, so clearly a lot has changed since then because this property is beautifully maintained. The staff is wonderful, and if you ever need anything, service requests are addressed within the same hour of submitting them. The office is insanely responsive, which I know is rare to find elsewhere.
The pool and hot tub are also such a great addition. I love enjoying them with my guests, especially because the pool area is so spacious. The location is... super convenient, too - literally close to anything you could possibly need.
I would absolutely recommend living here to anyone looking for an apartment. It’s worth every penny!

I Love it Here!
I’ve been a resident at Arbor Knoll for almost three years now, and I’m so grateful I found a community like this one because they truly are awesome. Everything is always well kept, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
I recently renewed my lease and was pleasantly surprised to see that my rent didn’t increase at all! I was especially shocked because they’ve even made recent upgrades to the property (they just repaved all of the carport spaces, which was a huge plus!)
I definitely... plan on staying here for a while because I genuinely trust that everything will always be well taken care of. :)

Expect HUGE rent increases every year!
My rent went up $300/month last year. They dish out huge rent increases every year. You will get nickle and dimed on sewage, trash, water, even parking. Your forced to pay for parking unless you want to park 3 or 4 buildings away. Front doors have very large gaps causing your DTE bill to be huge. Expect to see very large bugs and spiders inside and very frequently. Parking lot is not maintained well in winter. Several people have slipped on icy surfaces. Large pot holes and dips everywhere.... Large standing puddles of water in carports that turn to ice. Pool is frequently closed. Especially Sundays. When it's not you have to deal with the maintenace men learing at you.
