The property does not salt before snow, and takes at least 5 hours after a snow for a plow to come through. Parking lot and sidewalks are a sheet of ice starting at the first snow until the weather gets warmer. It is a hazard. Buildings have a structural issue where there are no heat ducts in the entryway or stairs up to the second floor apartments. near the door/stairs are below freezing when its cold out, they recommended getting a space heater because there is no way to fix the issue. Heaters... are so old they nearly always break during the first use of the season.

Best Apartment Complex
I’ve lived in multiple apartment complexes in Ann Arbor and The Park is by far the best one. The team there is incredibly quick with responses, be it an email or there’s a leak in the bathroom. During the winter the sidewalks are constantly being plowed and iced, I don’t have to worry about my daughter or I slipping. The courtyard, pool and grilling areas have been so pleasant during the summer, I actually enjoy having guests over! 10/10 would highly recommend living here for a family or just... yourself!

The New Management is polite and helpful
I've found the new management polite and always willing to listen and help. The new portal keeps me up to date on useful information and is an easy way to ask questions or put in a work order. They have done a lot of improvements. Love the new apartment upgrades. For only taking over about 6 months ago they have done a lot.
