The living space is quite nice with walls thick enough to block out the sound of neighbors. Management and maintenance are quick and very polite. Unfortunately, cleaning and coordination is poor. After signing the contract for the lease we were forced to sign another lease that was more expensive due to a miscommunication with management. Our move in date was weeks later than what we signed for. When moving in the place was visibly dirty with hair, fake lashes, and items from the previous... renters. Public spaces like the gym lack garbage removal and wipes to clean surfaces along with garbage removal for areas outside the community.

Nice clean place. No hidden fees nice community. In good proximity to most stores and shops. The maintenance staff responds within a few days. And the community events are consistent and friendly.

the complex is always upkept and looks very clean, the area is good and the neighbors are nice. The staff is very sweet too. Townhomes are very nice inside.

Beyond amazing. The staff was super helpful and the maintenance team is great! Couldnt be happier living here! They made the process of moving in seamless.
