One of the things I appreciate most is the management team. They are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. The maintenance staff is just as amazing—they’re prompt, courteous, and always make sure things are taken care of the... right way.

The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and very family-friendly, which is incredibly important to me. It’s a wonderful place to raise my kids, and we’ve had such a positive experience here. The location is also convenient, with everything we need just a short drive away.

Townhomes are new. Lots of floorplans to choose from. Surroundings are kept clean and tidy. Maintenance is super quick. Absolutely love the place.

Encore townhomes II are great to live at, it’s quiet, respectful neighbors, and if you have any issues they are quick to resolve them. I love it here!
