My husband and I moved here back in October, and we’ve been loving it so far. The rooftop area is gorgeous, and the exercise room is really convenient. We love the vicinity to everything, too!

Nice area very close to downtown, but the cost of the apartment is high for little amenities. Ferndale is a very fun area in the summer time.

I just moved in and so far, I’m really enjoying it. The apartment gets great natural light, which makes it feel warm and welcoming. The amenities are lovely. The staff has been incredibly kind and helpful during the move-in process. Desmond is an absolute star. The area seems lively and fun with lots of restaurants nearby. Overall, a great start, cheers!
