I've lived here for about 9 months now, and the new apartments are nice looking, plus the location in downtown TC is great. The onsite gym is pretty good and the community space that overlooks the river is nice. Aside from that, the building utilities/amenities are overpriced. The sound proofing between floors is terrible. The upstairs neighbor stomps around and now has taken to listening to heavy bass music at all hours of the day and night. Neighbors with dogs are allowed, without consequence,... to let their pets use their balconies as their private bathrooms which in turn makes anyone else's balcony below a disgusting mess. Management is exceptionally slow to fix these issues, if at all, nor do they offer any compensation or proactive measures to address the problem. Many people do not renew their leases, and I think it boils down to poor management and communication of the building and it's tenants.

I love my apartment. Despite new building issues, it’s a great building with good in house management and maintenance. An ongoing issue is Parking. It’s also in a great location with many things to do and see.
