Management for the Pine Ridge Apartments has changed many times since we moved in over 12 years ago. However, the recent change in management has improved significantly. The manager, Alven, is conscientious and responds to issues almost immediately. In addition, the repairs that are requested are completed within 2-3 days. The renovations and maintenance of the buildings makes the complex inviting and attractive. This community is quiet and offers many amenities that make this complex... attractive and pleasant.

Love love love The Staff here, Amy was great!
I have been looking everywhere for a place. I just relocated here for work. Amy was so reassuring, made me feel so at ease with my big move. She was very professional and personable. Reassured me how i would enjoy my new home, told me all about the area. Shopping, dinning is close. Thank you Amy you were great! Answered every question i had.Very excited

Great Place To Live
The office staff are amazing. The apartment is so spacious and there is so much closet space. The community is quiet and very professional. Just what I need. Peace and quiet. Its also right behind a grocery store and a gym..I literally don't need to leave far at all if I don't have too.

This apartment was great for me when I first moved. It is big and right across the street from my job! After 5 years though it has gone downhill. The pool is never clean. The rent goes up every year but there are no upgrades to the apartments. The maintenance is just OK. I've had to call a few times for the same problem. No utilities are included.

Pine Ridge Apartments of Southfield
You know the saying "location.. location"... well, Pine Ridge Apartments is a great location to call home, built with a spacious floor plan and tons of closet space! The property is well maintained and the staff is nice and polite. Looking for convenience? Just take a walk out your front door and visit with the Powerhouse Gym, Coney Island, the grocery store, Chinese food, pizza, metro pcs, Simply Fashions Clothing store, Nikolas restaurant and MORE... Then after checking out the sites.. take a... dip in the pool!
