Do not rent these apartments. I lived there one year. I never had a screen door that worked. I never had screens on the windows. The bedroom windows were so loose that even after loading blankets on the window sills the temperature was still 5 degrees lower then the living room. Kitchen burners did not work. Cold air just poured in thru the cold air return when the furnace wasn’t on.

Health hazard caused trip to U.C.
They will not do anything about neighbors smoking indoors. My whole family has asthma and I've been asking for help for weeks. They don't care. I literally went to urgent care and the Office doesn't do anything. Also, they got toxic paint spray all over my apartment and wouldn't pay for us to be in a hotel until we could get it cleaned up. They offered my kids and I an empty apartment to sleep on the floor. They'd literally rather watch you choke to death so they can replace you with someone... without a disability than make your home safe.

Run….
Do your research. LR management has a horrible reputation in the rental industry. Huge turnover rate and unprofessional. If you see any high reviews beware, they are CAP.

On-site manger is condescending and inconsiderate to your concerns. Beware of the outrageous rent increases upon renewal.
