Timbercreek is a great family place. I have been here 3 years with no plans of leaving. The buildings are older but maintained well. Everything but your internet and phone are included in your rent. Office staff is friendly and will work with you if you get behind. Most of the neighbors are friendly and the maintenance staff is also great. All the staff makes an effort to get to know you.

Super nice place
The managers are super helpful and nice always willing to help and always down to fix things if need be. The pool is super nice always clean and warm

Would rather live somewhere else.
Cheap apartments for college kids, but it’s honestly crappy and too expensive for how crappy the apartments are. They’re old and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Glad I moved out.

timber creek
Timber has very good pricing and utilities are included. It's a very good place for first time renters or families. Also faculty are very nice. The only downside is that the buildings are old and thehallways don't smell the best. But I enjoy staying there at least until I can afford a more "homey" place.
