Apartment units are not clean when you move in, I had to clean as we were moving in. Walls are paper thin, I can hear people playing music till all hours of the night and then they start the music back up at 9:00am. And this continues on the week days as well. Forget having a quiet place to study, this place isn’t the place for that, you can hear other people’s conversation through the walls too. Management is sketchy, they’ll say one thing and then when you don’t get it when they said they’ll... make up some rule that was never mentioned earlier to prevent you from getting the thing they promised. They’ll say there was some miscommunication between the management.. this happens A LOT! Be careful when they show you the model apartment, their units don’t look like that. There was also a smell coming from the carpets so bad that my dog kept trying to roll in it, and when I brought it up to them they didn’t care to help us in doing anything about it. The windows in the apartments are so crappy that you need to wipe them down every 30 minutes in order to keep moisture out, I would be surprised if there wasn’t mold in this place. Beware! This place is cheap but you get what you pay for, and they advertise that all utilities are included, then after you sign your lease you realize they only cover a small portion of your electric and an even smaller portion of your gas bill. All utilities are not included! We get charged at least $50 for utilities per month, usually it cost more! I wouldn’t wish this apartment complex On my worse enemy.

Do not live here!!!
Do not live here if you want high speed internet especially if you're playing online. I literally have to keep restarting the router and even still it only produces about 1 Mbps. False advertisement because I can't enjoy playing online because the internet is always slow. Also their furniture is old I found a condom that expired 4 years ago.

Campus Habitat
The apartments offered by the management is not bad and the low price is not bad ether. The rooms do come with beds and desks in each room. And all utilizes here included.
