Not only do they work their hardest to make your life miserable and mistreat you with faulty repairs and disgusting hallways and trash all over the premises and not enforcing any of their own rules, but also upon leaving they charge you for months rent after your lease is ended and that when your apartment floods they don't care and take hours to get people to come fix it meanwhile your stuff is being ruined due to their faulty equipment. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. It will be the worst decision you... have ever made I promise.

Not the greatest apartments
I have caught the property manager in many lies before be careful and get everything in writing. The maintenance was nice but they can't keep fixing the same things and it still doesn't work properly. They want to replace them but whoever makes those decisions won't let maintenance replace what is needed. They don't let you use the heat until they have an "inspection". (Never heard of such a thing for apartments). The AC units won't work properly when it gets hotter than 80 degrees. I have... talked to neighbors and found out I'm not the only person that has lost a vehicle because they tow your car off the property with no warning. I should have seen the signs but I was in desperate need of an apartment. At least there is always electricity on and its included in the rent. If you have a choice don't come here.

Great place to live
I just moved in and everything is so clean. I love the lady in the office, super easy to work with. I don’t think I will ever move again. The guys on the ground were super nice also, even helped me move my own stove in. Thanks so much for the extra mile.

These Apartments Are Huge.! I Love It .! Very Nice Carpets Stay Warm In Here, And Our Landlord Made Us Feel So Welcomed When We Were Applying. Great Place To Live. Will Be Suggesting Others Who Are Looking For A Good Place To Stay To Try Here.!

Lived here for 3 years
Bed bug Galore!!! Maintenance sucks it takes a month for them to even do a small job if not longer. your vehicles can get vandalized and they don't do nothing about it even if you're paying for a parking spot. full of drugs very ghetto. the management is very rude and disrespectful to clients very unprofessional and will lie straight to your face. Apartments are filthy a lot of fire hazards fire exits are blocked parking lots are not let black mold black mold maggots coming out of the carpet.... Worst place I have ever lived.
