My first year is passing soon and I love it management is amazing as well as the maintenance. I’m planning on moving up to the next best thing they have to offer!

This building is not worth your time or money. The shared spaces are disgusting, with trash and cigarette butts everywhere. The interior of the apartment will come damaged and run down. The management will find every opportunity to charge you random and punitive fees. The lease itself is dishonest and slimy. If you were to ever have an actual concern, there is no one to help you. Lived here for 2 years and had a pleasant stay. Rooms were bigger than most apartments. Kitchen was small, but manageable. The staff were welcoming and kind. The landlord was helpful in getting a plan set for moving in and out. For being my first apartment, it was a good start as costs were manageable. Only had to worry about the electric and the internet. Water, heat, and waste disposal was covered in the rent. If I ever had an issue or something broke, maintenance was on it immediately.
