This apartment complex is literally one of the worst I've ever lived in; they do not care about their tenants or their health. You will be left without heat and water with no notice, you will be unable to do your laundry on anything but their convenience, nothing will get fixed, and you won't get your security deposit back from damages they caused.

We have had problems since day one! Management hardly ever answers the phone. They do not communicate with their residents well at all. Its currently 46 degrees and rainy and there’s no heat at all. And they have not contacted anyone to update them on what’s going on. Also the water was off one day due to an “emergency”and they did not contact anyone to tell them the water would be off until after it was already back on. About to sign my lease for a second year here and nothing to complain about.

Avoid!!!!!

Lived here for 3 years and had a number of issues.

-Maintence would always "fix" things, but stuff would never actually be fixed.
-Landlords stood outside and smoked ALL of the time
-In order to turn on the cold water in the kitchen I would sometimes have to turn on the bathroom sink and/or bathrub. Stupid...They knew about this and nothing was ever done.
-They do not follow the fine for pet waste. Told them multiple times of individuals who wouldn't clean up after their pet, but... all they would do is post a sign on everyone's door about "the dreaded fine"
-Screen door was broken for a long time, bht never fixex. They ended up charging me for it even though the wind was the reason it broke.
-The "deposit" you put down is not refundable. Once I left I called them because I received my notice for things I needed to pay for (mainly carpet because I had pets). The lady I spoke to was very rude. I wanted to know where my deposit had gone (should've been deducted from the charges, but wasn't). She proceeded to tell me how they would notify collection agenciesamnd they would come after me. What the heck...that had NOTHING to do with what I wanted to know. Very unprofessional.

Maintenance is a joke. They blame you for when things go wrong. Rent is high considering other places and the size of the apartment. I didnt stay after 1 year and i regret staying here. They updated my apartment before i moved in and it was horrible. The dishwasher doesn't clean anything and the carpet has a space next the hardwood. The windows are completely outdated and half the time it doesnt stay open. You can feel air going through it.
