I noticed there hasn't been a review since 2018, so I wanted to share my experience. I've lived here since 2019, and the difference since the property changed ownership last year has been impossible to ignore.
I genuinely sympathize with the lone maintenance employee. One person cannot reasonably maintain an entire apartment community, and it shows. This isn't a criticism of him—it's a criticism of management for expecting one person to do the work of several.
The parking lot, once well... maintained, is now full of potholes and craters. Despite bringing the condition of the lot and the complete lack of designated handicap parking to management's attention, nothing has changed. As someone who is legally disabled, it's disappointing that there isn't a single marked accessible parking space or even handicap signage on the property.

The overall cleanliness of the property has also declined. The hallway carpeting is stained, trash regularly accumulates throughout the grounds, and the dumpster has been overflowing for nearly a week. From my kitchen and bedroom windows, I have a daily view of what looks like an entire apartment's worth of garbage piled inside and around the dumpster.
I've even find myself doing some basic cleaning in my own building because regular upkeep wasn't being done. During the winter, I sweep and mop the entryway to keep salt and dirt from being tracked into my apartment, dust cobwebs, and wipe down handrails. I also replaced burned-out light bulbs at the building entrance, both inside and outside, because I was tired of walking into a dark building after sunset. Residents shouldn't have to perform routine maintenance just to feel safe coming home. Adequate lighting in common areas shouldn't require a tenant to point it out—or fix it themselves.
Noise has also become a recurring problem, often continuing late into the night and early morning. My neighbors and I have had to call the Lansing Police Department multiple times this summer because the disturbances have become so disruptive.
It's frustrating because this used to be a community I enjoyed living in. Today, it feels like management is doing the bare minimum while expecting residents to accept a steadily declining property. We deserve better. Read More

The other review writer hit it right on the head dead serious spiders in my bed biting me bed bugs twice in 3 years that I had to pay for extermination the water really does get shut off at any time they don't give you a warning and having a baby trying to give them a bottle with no water is ridiculous. But also the environment is disgusting crackheads and alcoholics everywhere I have a thing card if you're thinking about moving into this apartment.

Do not live here unless you like loud neighbors, spiders and ants, and everything in your apartment not working like water because they turn it off without warning.
