As a single mother, I was worried about security and affordability. I have been here for a year now, and really feel comfortable in the building! It is well taken care of, quiet and the gates and security cameras give me extra comfort. The price is right for the area, and the manager does a good job keeping up on everything. Would highly recommend this place.

I have lived here for a year, and have had a great experience. They take good care of the building, apartments are well maintained, and good mix of tenants. Very secure location and parking lots are gated so makes me feel secure. Entry doors are also locked with a security access, so no excess people around. Keeps it quiet.

These have all been redone recently, and I really enjoy the building. Gated security and keycard access make me feel safe and secure, especially since I travel a lot. Convenient location, and it is nice not being on the main drag of Mich Ave.
