These pictures make me laugh. I have lived there for 2.5 years out of necessity. I don’t know which units they are portraying in these photos, but this is NOT what the units look like. Most of them have old, damaged cabinets, old appliances-maybe not even matching each other at all-, cheap peel and stick tiles in the kitchen and bathroom, textured walls painted with flat paint, cheap lighting fixtures that don’t match. Carpet should have been changed in my unit as it’s not installed correctly... and the padding has bumps and dips because it’s broken down. Their maintenance is mediocre and in my experience has to be redone about 50% of the time, and their grounds are minimally maintained. Even their common areas and laundry spaces are dirty and only get “cleaned” every 6 weeks.
The only reason I’m here is because I sold my house so fast I needed somewhere quick in the area and I have large dogs that other places wouldn’t take. Read More

If you have any caged exotic animals, such as amphibians or reptiles, look elsewhere. Because apparently this location is more than happy to let cats and dogs tear up their units, but doesn't want you to bring in what is essentially expensive furniture. Disappointed but not surprised.

0/10. Would not recommend. Management has gone to crap and the other residents are awful, some of the most snotty people I’ve met. It worked for me at the time but I’m so glad I’m not staying here. Only good thing is they are willing to work with you on your animals. Honestly it’s a bit overpriced too, it’s gone up a lot over the years.

In and around East Lansing, there are MANY other places to live. Please do yourself a favor and do not live here. We were lured in with the somewhat cheap rent, however our landlords have raised our rent every year we've lived here and have added on extra costs with each new lease as well. Any attempt to contact or negotiate a fair price is either ignored or responded to with a generic, copied email. Please live in a place that you would be happy to call home for more than a few months.

Our family is beyond miserable living here now. We have been here five years and in the last handful of months, this place has downhill fast in several different ways. That makes me so sad to say. I am exhausted by all the issues of safety and danger. Yes, all that is in several written complaints, and nothing has changed or gotten better. We wouldn't sign again if I knew all this was ahead. Now we stuck unless we spend close to 2k of our money for money to break our lease. Please really... reconsider leasing here. If you see by all the several one-star reviews, something is up with this place lately. Please bring back the awesome Nemoke Trails we once were proud to call home. I don't feel safe anymore here for our young daughter's safety especially. The buildings' hallways and laundry rooms are never cleaned inside anymore.
