My husband and I love living here. It’s super clean, feels very safe, and is very friendly. The new management seems great so far, no complaints there. We love how close it is to everything in Fenton - grocery stores, restaurants, places to hang out. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to live in Fenton!!

Great place to live in Fenton
Silver Lake Hills has beautiful grounds, accommodations for pets, nice and helpful management, direct response to any maintenance needs. I have no complaints at all. I have been here almost 3 years and it has been a great experience! I will miss Silverlake Hills but it’s time to move on:(
