I have enjoyed living here the location is amazing and is walkable to downtown GR and local restaurants/ bars. This is an ideal location, especially for people who work on Medical Mile as you can walk there. The staff is very receptive and nice to work with. Another thing I appreciated is how clean the common areas are. The building is well insulated and I almost never hear neighbors to the sides of me.

Coinciding with the affordable luxurious apartments, the management team does it absolute best to make you feel as comfortable as you deserve; from the leasing agents to the PROPERTY OWNER, I assure the reader that you will get the satisfaction you need in such a timely fashion. We all have been with complexes that do not care for their tenants once the lease is signed but not here. If you have any issues, which you shouldn't because their properties are amazingly taken care of, but if you do... they will hear you out, understand, provide feedback and help you in order to provide you the best care as a their tenant.
