I've lived here for over a year now and have absolutely no complaints. All staff are awesome and super helpful. The motto is "Welcome Home." I find that very fitting, and I am glad I get to call this place my home!

Unsafe, dirty, and disrespectful-avoid this complex

I was really surprised by the size of the apartments I viewed when I visited Old Orchard By the Bay. Vicki was so helpful with my application process (and anything else I've needed since). I was so impressed with the state of the apartment when I was ready to move in - never seen a place so spotlessly clean and ready to live in! My neighbors are friendly and the grounds are well kept. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. Happy to call this place home.

Coming from the thumb area all our life's then moved to Flint. Old orchard is the closest to our country living. We have been here almost a year. Any time we need something repaired the employees are right here. The pool is fantastic and we use it on a daily basis. The employees are very friendly and maintenance are friendly . This complex is always kept clean and landscaping is beautiful. Very quiet and family friendly. Would highly recommend Old Orchard By The Bay to family and friends.

I have lived at Old Orchard for a little over two years now. I have been very satisfied with my townhouse, it has a fireplace a carport and a basement for my washer and dryer. The grounds look great, maintenance requests are very prompt and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. My neighbors are all very nice. I only wish it was a little closer to my work. It's worth the drive to feel safe and comfortable.
