License for 5 MSU student rental; two story style; 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths; washer and dryer included. Spacious unit, plenty of parking, game room in basement! (as I write this on 1/20/2026, he back story is the current group 3 of them wanted... to stay for the next school year, and now 1 of them needs off, so there is 2.
