Uptown is SUCH an amazing place to live! Between the pool, community events, wonderful neighbors, great location, and all the things to do, there’s so much to love. But honestly, one of the best parts has been getting to know the incredible office staff, Tamara and Tyler.

I still remember coming to tour the apartments with my mom in the winter. From the minute we walked in, Tyler was so welcoming and kind. He made me a hot chocolate from the coffee machine and even gave me a bag of chips. That... small gesture immediately made the community feel warm and welcoming. Now that I live here, he’s just as friendly whenever I bring friends by the clubhouse. He always takes the time to chat with us and makes everyone feel welcome.

The clubhouse itself is always incredibly clean, well-kept, and welcoming. There are always complimentary snacks, drinks, and coffee available, which is such a nice touch. The pool and other community spaces are also really well maintained. My friends always comment on how nice everything is and how sweet the office staff are when they leave, and I completely agree!

Another huge reason I love Uptown is Tamara. I bring my puppy down to the clubhouse almost every day to visit, and it has genuinely become one of the best parts of our routine. Tamara is wonderful with him and always makes him feel so loved. He even knows her by name! Whenever I ask if he wants to go see Tamara, he gets excited and runs to the door.

Beyond how sweet she is with my pup, Tamara is incredibly kind and always makes time to chat with me. She has made both my mom and me feel so welcomed here. Both she and Tyler genuinely care about the residents and are always willing to help.

It’ll start with the people! Tyler is the property manager & he’s the best! He is knowledgeable, friendly & so helpful and responsive. Tamara is the leasing manager and is great! She’s so knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. I’ve moved once from an apartment to a townhouse & they were great to work with. Next up are Jeff & Terrance from the maintenance team. Talk about great people!! The entire property is SO WELL maintained. They walk the property daily, keep everything clean, and looking great.... The pool area is always immaculate. And they are both so friendly & responsive to maintenance requests. I’m pretty sure that outside of a weekend, they’ve responded to every maintenance request same day! And the property is great! So dog friendly, great pool, and gym!

Tamara and Tyler were responsive, helpful, and facilitated a smooth experience moving in.

It is evident in the plan and its overall execution a great deal of thought has been given. The Staff is most welcoming and helpful. They work well as a team. The apartments have been thoughtfully designed and well-maintained and daily living is most accommodating for a variety of life styles.

I am delighted here. It is cozy, neat, and well-kept.
