Beautifully Renovated Historic Building in the Great Midtown Location

I’ve been living at 25 E Palmer for a few months now and absolutely love it. The building has that classic Detroit prewar charm but with all the modern updates—new appliances, fun finishes, great parking, and everything feels fresh and clean. It’s in a perfect spot in Midtown, super close to Wayne State, the DIA, and a bunch of great spots to eat, grab coffee, or just hang out. The management team is super responsive and keeps the place in great shape. It honestly feels like a hidden gem in the... city—definitely recommend it!
