Woodland Meadows is a safe, clean place to live . The maintenance guys are fast and clean and the office ladies plan fun comminity activities and take care of any issues quickly.
I also love the two small ponds and the wildlife that live around them.

Nice apartments, friendly staff, and overall good community! Only downside is you can hear every single footstep and sound coming from the upstairs apartment.

As a long term resident of 28 years.
I never planned that, however various reasons brought me hear and HERE I am.
Beautiful grounds, curb appeal, quiet community, most importantly..the staff.,Warm, friendly, professional,product knowledge.
And, I can't say enough about the the men that keep it all running.

You can hear the neighbors walking upstairs. There is a lot of dog poop on the grass. The pond is dirty. It is polluted with plastic bags, flower pots, tree branches, and a huge amount of tree leaves.

We are very sorry about the dog poop, we will address today along with the pond area. The natural area is a rustic area and the leaves are normal but the manicured area is going to continue to be well maintained as usual.
