This place is so shady they had to rename the whole complex to avoid the bad reviews. Formally called knob in the woods and nothing has really changed. But know that once you move in the rent will increase 20% every year without any improvements to the complex. Last year the pool was only open for a few weeks, we have no security, there is dog poop everywhere, the power goes out days at a time and they do everything they can to get the people that have been here for years to move out so they can... jake up the rent

Lots of space, slow fixes
The size of the apartments are great and the renovations are nice! However, it is very difficult to reach someone by phone and they were slow to respond to voicemails or messages. When they do respond they are polite and friendly though.
